The baptism registers for the individual churches above can be purchased as downloads. Click the 'Download available' link against the church name to access the separate listings.

Members of the Irish Ancestry Branch of Manchester & Lancashire FHS have, by kind permission of the Diocese, transcribed details of the 15,001 baptisms recorded in the above registers.

The transcript provides full details as contained in the registers and is accompanied by a composite index to the 66,293 names of children, parents and godparents which appear in the entries. Scanned images of each register concerned are also included.

This DVD should start automatically when inserted into the drive. If it does not (possibly because you have turned off the auto-run facility), click on the Windows START button, select RUN and type D:\CD-START.EXE (where D: is the drive letter for your DVD drive). Then click on the "OK" button.
